Welcome to my website! I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping others achieve emotional wellness. I have 12 years of experience as a counselor working with a diverse population of clients and treating a variety of presenting concerns. I am an In-Network Provider For: Blue Cross, United Health Care, Aetna, Aetna Trinity, Select Health, Mountain Health Co-Op, Regence Blue Shield, Magellan, First Choice Health, Allied Benefit Systems, Cigna or Evernorth, Pacific Source, Medicaid, Optum, ComPsych, and IPN (Idaho Physician's Network).
I also accept Employee Assistance Plans (EAP's) through: BPA, Carebridge, ComPsych, and Reliant Behavioral Health.

Areas of experience
I have been a counselor since 2010 and have worked in the mental health field since 2008. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with a very diverse client population a private mental health agency setting, a government mental health setting, and in a private practice setting. Clinical supervision services
I am currently accepting supervisees for clinical supervision (LPC's or LMSW's). I have been a registered Clinical Supervisor in Idaho since 2014. My goal as your supervisor is to help you find out who you are as a counselor (your niche, your theory, your passions and career goals, etc.), then provide feedback within that framework to help you grow into the best counselor you can be.
