Therapeutic Approaches

Therapy is a very personal and individual experience, which is why I tailor my therapeutic approach to fit each of my client's needs.  I am flexible and adaptable in my approach to therapy, but I always provide unconditional positive regard, my undivided attention, empathy, and non-judgmental support to my clients.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy and I feel it can be very beneficial for many clients.  For information on EMDR, please click on the EMDR page.
